CRANFORD--Cranford High School's Madrigal Singers will entertain holiday shoppers this year with several weekend performances in our downtown. The group, consisting of 16 talented singers, is the top choral ensemble at the High School, directed by Anthony Rafaniello. These performers will stroll throughout the downtown, adding a seasonal spirit to the air on the following dates: Dec. 10, Dec. 16 and Dec. 17. All performances will be in the afternoon, from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

"There's no better way to kick off the holiday season than a visit by some of Cranford's most talented entertainers," said Downtown Director Kathleen Miller Prunty. "The Madrigals performed for us last year, and we are delighted to welcome them back. Shoppers and music lovers alike will enjoy the experience."

The public is also invited to hear all the Cranford High School choirs perform in the winter concert on Dec. 21, 7:30 p.m. at the high school auditorium.
